Work study has been a passion since training as an industrial engineer in the mid ‘80s; the underlying principles have been a powerful tool I have utilised within food manufacturing to consistently improve overall operational performance throughout my career delivering significant annualised profit to companies through various projects as an employee and external consultant.
Drawing on my knowledge and understanding of work study I have been able to identify and engage work study engineers from the top 20% of the field ensuring AIM Consultants’ genuine ability to deliver significant results for our client’s. It is this level of commitment to service that has led to repeat business across clients’ sites.
