Alan Donaldson - Managing Director
Alan founded AIM Interims in 2004 having spent the previous 5 years as an interim manager himself, it was to a large extent as a consequence of his own experience with interim recruiters that AIM was born. Having had the benefit of seeing how many different recruiters approach the task he strives to ensure AIM Interims apply the best methods and steer clear of the worst.
Alan’s experience of working within the food industry extends over 20 years; with 16 years operational experience working for a wide range of organisations ranging from Blue Chip to family run concerns, focussing latterly on business improvement and turnaround programmes.
Alan fully appreciates the role interims play and by knowing the capabilities of all AIM interims is able repeatedly proved his ability to match the appropriate interim to the client’s needs.
Emma Connelly - Recruitment Consultant
Emma is a media and business graduate whose career began in sales and marketing before she joined a well known specialist recruitment consultancy in 2004. Since her move to AIM Executives in June 2007 she has made the transition into food industry recruitment very successfully building good relationships with clients and candidates alike and most importantly demonstrating a keen eye for matching candidates and clients ensuring satisfaction to both with placements being made within a number of high profile businesses at all levels including directors.
Kerry Delaney - Recruitment Consultant
Kerry began her career in temporary industrial recruitment before moving to a executive headhunting firm in 2004 where she represented FTSE 100 companies and SMEs nationally specialising in niche technical roles and senior management/board level appointments across multiple sectors. Kerry joined AIM Executives in January 2010 and is utilising her headhunting background to develop AIM’s proactive approach to identifying high calibre candidates.
Kate Hargreaves - Company Secretary
Inspired by Alan's drive and enthusiasm Kate has been an integral part of AIM from the outset; handling the vital administration of the business, making sure that things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Kate’s background is 14 years as a highly respected criminal barrister; she both prosecuted and defended in cases across the spectrum, latterly focussing on MTIC fraud.
